EFDA Sponsorship Form and Application
To apply to the EFDA program, complete the following two steps in order.
Step 1

Step 2

After you apply:
Confirmation that the application was received will be sent by email. After applying, applicants who met the application deadline should regularly monitor both their SPSCC email and the Application Self Service Center for updates. In the Application Center, applicants can monitor their status, take notice of any additional requirements needed to complete their application file, and view other action items or entry decisions. Notifications and any additional communication from program staff will be sent only to the applicant's SPSCC email.
