OUR MISSION FOR EMPLOYERS

The WSECU Center for Career Services at South Puget Sound Community College strives to make meaningful connections between employers and our talented SPSCC students and alumni at no cost. We provide many   avenues between students and employers to create a mutually beneficial relationship for the employer, students, and the community. Through our services employers can find ways to post full– and part-time positions, work-study, and Internship opportunities.

We offer the following employer services to local businesses and agencies:

Post a job or internship

The Clippers4Hire Database allows employers to post jobs and internships for South Puget Sound Community College students and alumni.

The WSECU Center for Career Services reserves the right to refuse to post any job which appears to be inappropriate in nature or to discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, creed, color, national origin, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, age, religion, Vietnam era or disabled veteran status, or the presence of any sensory, physical, or mental disability except in the case of bona fide occupational qualification.

Create an internship

Cooperative Work Experience will work with you to develop an internship benefiting both employers and students.

Hold interviews on-campus

Interviewing on-campus is an efficient and productive way to meet with students and alumni. We have an interview room set up in our office suite for this purpose. Please contact our office to reserve the room.

Schedule an information session

The WSECU Center for Career Services is happy to arrange an information session that provides an opportunity to promote your organization to the South Puget Sound Community College community.

Connect at a career fair

Gain visibility and get to know SPSCC students at our Fall Hiring Event or Spring Career Day. Check the calendar for dates. Join other employers and help us make this event beneficial to our community and our students. By attending either of these events, you will have the opportunity to see hundreds of students training to work for you! This is your chance to find our next star employee.
