SPSCC is proud to present this year’s “Wild Thing” Fine Art Postcard Exhibition at The Gallery at SPSCC.  Artists of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds were invited to submit up to three postcard-size original works inspired by the theme “Wild Thing”.  Over 120 artists responded, leveraging a wide range of materials and producing a unique variety of pieces that represent our region’s creative spirit.

This unique one-month show encourages gallery visitors to bid on the postcards via silent auction between the opening and closing receptions.  Winning bidders will take home their favorite piece and all proceeds benefit gallery programming.

The public is invited as The Gallery hosts a silent auction beginning at the Opening Reception on Friday, Jan. 6 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in The Gallery.  In addition to viewing the postcards, Opening Reception attendees will also enjoy appetizers, beverages, and live music.  Bidding ends during the Closing Reception on Friday, Feb. 3 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  The exhibition is sponsored by Dingle Bay Art and Nineveh Assyrian.
