Meet The Maker: Ethan Saraceno-Oliveri

Wednesday, May 8, 2019

After five years of excelling as a fire support specialist in the Army, a back injury shifted Ethan’s focus back to the civilian world and getting an education.

At first, his transition was a struggle – his job in the Army was like second nature to him, and he missed the camaraderie of military life. After one failed attempt to go back to college, Ethan returned to SPSCC in 2018 and found his place in the Advanced Manufacturing program. The program unites his lifelong tinkering hobbies with his prior work experience into a new, creative skillset he excels at and is passionate about.
