Crystal, Jake, Hannah, Celeuca, and Faith serve on the Campus Activities Board (CAB), so they've always got the lastest info on campus events and fun.

Juan has an investigative spirit and serves as a representative for The Sounds students newspaper.

Andres supports promotions and storytelling across campus departments, student groups, and more.

Ben serves as a social media liaison for Clipper Athletics, keeping students in the loop on basketball, soccer, and volleyball games and student-athletes. he's also on the Men's Basketball team... go #TheClipperNation!

Derrick is the ASB Senator of Communications and keeps students up-to-date on Student Senate initiatives.

Social Media Team FAQs

What’s the time commitment? 1-hour team meeting every other week and posting throughout your regular day. We will have a longer initial training at the beginning of each quarter to meet each other, get set up, and discuss expectations.

How long will I be part of the team? Positions last one, two, or three quarters.

Is it paid? There is a $250 stipend per quarter for team members.

Are there guidelines about what I post? Yes. You will be posting to college accounts. Our weekly team meetings will help us determine weekly topics and events worth sharing.

Can anyone apply? Any current SPSCC student enrolled (6 credits minimum) can apply.

Do I need my own device? Yes. You’ll need to use your own device to post throughout the day. You will have access to a computer and office as needed.
