Freedom for faculty and students to carry on a discourse of ideas within the classroom with interference from others will not be abridged as long as no civil or criminal law violations have occurred.  Faculty are obligated, however, to conduct courses scheduled so as to achieve the objectives stated in the course outline.  No college employee or student shall interfere with the open and free expression of ideas in the classroom if the above conditions are met.
