The College recognizes the need to develop and maintain a highly effective administrative and exempt professional staff. As part of the professional development of the administrative/exempt professional staff, a yearly evaluation shall be conducted to provide timely, effective, oral and written feedback on administrative performance. As part of staff development this shall address the attainment of specific and measurable goals established early in the academic year.
