It is the policy of South Puget Sound Community College that a “College Resources and Help” page will be published each quarter in the College’s Learning Management System (LMS), and made accessible by each faculty member in each of their classes. This page will include links to or information about the following college-wide services and resources:
- The Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities
- Access Services and policies
- The library, tutoring, and other academic support services
- IT and tech support
- College-wide grading policies (e.g. GPA and letter grade policies, grade appeal and replacement policies)
- Grade appeal procedures
- College-wide plagiarism and academic misconduct policies
- College-wide withdrawal policies
- Academic calendar and important dates
- Financial aid policies
- Emergency funds procedures
- Scholarship information
- Campus closure and inclement weather policies
- Non-discrimination and harassment policies and procedures
- Student Leave and Absence Policies (e.g. Absence for Faith or Conscience policy, Military leave policy, etc.)
- Mental health counseling resources
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion center
- Career Services
- Assessment Center
- Food Pantry
- Bookstore
- Security/Bias Incident Reporting
- Student Life
- Health and emergency policies and procedures

Purpose:
To maintain an easily accessible list of college-wide services and resources to support student success through the College’s LMS. The LMS page will be maintained by Academic Success Programs.
