Syllabus Procedure

  • Administrative assistants send faculty an email requesting that they submit their syllabi for courses being taught and a course calendar. Clustered classes need one syllabus and distinct courses need one each.
  • Administrative assistants track syllabi collection and move to a folder in the shared drive with the naming convention of:
    Course Discipline_Course Number_Instructor last name_Item number
  • If syllabi are not submitted timely, the administrative assistant, then the dean, will contact faculty until they are submitted.
