Policy: 

When local law enforcement officials provide the college with relevant and necessary information regarding the presence of a convicted sex offender, as defined in the statute (RCW 4.24.550), the college is authorized to release information, relevant to and necessary for counteracting the offender’s dangerousness. 

To Whom Does This Policy Apply: 

Level I, Level II and Level III Sex Offender and Kidnapping Offender
