I was homeschooled for sixteen years before attending SPSCC as a Running Start student. My curriculum as a homeschooler consisted of playing video games and going outside with my friends; and of course, doing the occasional math problem. Going to college was scary for me, but knowing there would be other students my age put my mind at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at SPSCC, and I used many of the skills I learned from college for volunteer work and in my current career as a photographer. My goal is to pursue a career in Criminal Justice as a police officer.
