ABE English, Math, and Basic Computer classes are offered online and in-person.

New Students: New students should complete the SPSCC admission application or contact Transition Studies to request more information about the steps to enroll.

Returning Students: Students who are returning after six or more months may need to renew their SPSCC admission application. All returning students should contact Transition Studies at transitionstudies@spscc.edu

Information and enrollment sessions are available in-person, by phone, online via Zoom, or by email.

ABE Information Request

Non-eligibility: People who are in this country on a student (F-1, M-1) visa are not allowed to participate in publicly (state and federal) funded adult education.

People in this country as "nannies" or "au pairs" on a study exchange (J-1) visa are required to participate in college-level academic classes, not in BEdA or ESL classes. Homeland Security may have additional procedural rules regarding non-citizens.

COVID Requirements: Masks may be required in some classroom settings.

Children: Children are not allowed at information sessions or in classes.

Basic Computer Skills

Learn the computer skills to be successful at college with a low-cost, noncredit digital literacy course. ESL support computer basics is also available.
