    Enter the craft beverage industry or skill up to craft a wide range of beers, ciders, and spirits. This 2-year Associate in Applied Science (AAS) program focuses on the science and production of craft beer, spirits, and cider.

  • What's the Cost?

    WA State students in the AAS program pay about $4,500 in tuition per year ($5,000 out-of-state), while BAS program students pay about $7,200 in tuition per year ($7,600 out-of-state). Fees, supplies, and travel are not included.
  • Where are Classes?

    Both programs include online coursework plus 3 weekends per quarter at the Craft Brewing & Distilling Center in beautiful Olympia, WA.
  • What is the Craft Brewing & Distilling Center?

    Programs are based out of our brand-new facility, unlike anything in the country. From labs and classrooms to the production floor and an operating commercial facility, your time onsite is a fully immersive experience.
