The Master Plan work is complete, and we are moving full speed ahead with a new SPSCC Soccer Field.
McGranahan is our Design Firm for the project
The next couple of months we will be working to get the field design finalized so that we can go to bid and get a contractor on board to do the install.
Building 34
We are working to finish tenant improvements for the classrooms on the first and second floors.
Updates will be out as soon as we get more information.
Building 35
Project includes the replacement lab exhaust fan motor, controls upgrade, and retro-commissioning.
The retro-commissioning will continue to the end of September.
Energy Efficient Lighting Project
We have received a grant to cover the cost of replacing non-LED lights in building 21, 22, 25, 34, 35, and throughout the parking space.
Buildings 25 and 34 are nearly complete
Building 21 is 85% complete
Building 35 is at 70%
Building 22 is at 60% This project will be complete by September 30 of this year.
