The Master Plan work is complete, and we are moving full speed ahead with a new SPSCC Soccer Field.
We have submitted for permits through the city of Olympia.
Project is currently out to bid with bids set to open December 9th.
Building 34
We are working to finish tenant improvements for the classrooms on the first and second floors.
Work will begin in the first of the year.
Building 35
Project includes the replacement lab exhaust fan motor, controls upgrade, and retro-commissioning. This work will improve the heating and heating efficiency of the building.
We identified two issues that we are adding to the project to get fixed:
Changing out of the control cards and repair jam alarms.
Rebuild two boilers.
Work will be completed by the end of December.
Energy Efficient Lighting Project
Project is complete.
Building 22 Roof Leak
Working with the original installer to get the leaks in the building fixed.
Leaks have been narrowed down, and are still being worked on.
Angela Bowen Center Roof Leak
Leaks are fixed.
Building 23 MDF/IDF Cooling
The current system has not been operational for some time.
Will be replacing with a new Mitsubishi system.
Work to begin in the new year.
Building 20 Boiler replacement
Boilers are currently inoperable.
The building is being heated by temporary heaters throughout the building.
Working on securing funding and a contractor to get the replacement completed.
