Current Projects

Soccer Field

• The Master Plan work is complete, and we are moving full speed ahead with a new SPSCC Soccer Field.
• We have submitted for permits through the city of Olympia.
• Project is currently out to bid with bids set to open December 9th.

Building 34

• We are working to finish tenant improvements for the classrooms on the first and second floors.
• Work will begin in the first of the year.

Building 35

• Project includes the replacement lab exhaust fan motor, controls upgrade, and retro-commissioning. This work will improve the heating and heating efficiency of the building.
• We identified two issues that we are adding to the project to get fixed:
  • Changing out of the control cards and repair jam alarms.
  • Rebuild two boilers.
• Work will be completed by the end of December.

Energy Efficient Lighting Project

• Project is complete.

Building 22 Roof Leak

• Working with the original installer to get the leaks in the building fixed.
• Leaks have been narrowed down, and are still being worked on.

Angela Bowen Center Roof Leak

• Leaks are fixed.

Building 23 MDF/IDF Cooling

• The current system has not been operational for some time.
• Will be replacing with a new Mitsubishi system.
• Work to begin in the new year.

Building 20 Boiler replacement

• Boilers are currently inoperable.
• The building is being heated by temporary heaters throughout the building.
• Working on securing funding and a contractor to get the replacement completed.
