Online Payment System Issues

We are currently experiencing issues with our online payment system, Cybersource, which appears to be impacting colleges across the state. The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges is aware of the issue and is working with Cybersource to identify and resolve the problem.

At this time, student self‑service payment transactions are failing to process. Please avoid attempting to make online payments to your student financial account until further notice.

Students can still make payments in person at the One Stop using credit card, cash, or check.
