Promotional Services

The Office of Student Life provides promotional services to students, staff, and community members. We offer a variety of promotion printing and other services, from lamination to balloon arches.

Pricing

Once your request is received, a Student Life representative will follow up with an official price quote and time estimate for completion.

Any activity funded with S&A fees is eligible for free printing including 25 8.5x11 flyers, six a-board-sized posters laminated, and additional promotional assistance. For non-S&A-funded requests, we offer competitive pricing compared to rates you’ll find off campus.

Requests & Ordering

To ensure timely delivery of your order, please provide a minimum of 48 hours turnaround time. We have multiple jobs at any given time, so don’t wait until the last minute.

To ensure the quality of your order, please make sure all provided files and images meet a minimum quality standard of 300 DPI. SPSCC Promotional Services is not liable if provided images are less than the standard, but we will make an effort to reach out if images appear to have issues.

Please note that student event posters must include both the S&A Fees and Accommodation Statements. Any official SPSCC event must include the Accommodation Statement.
