This program is designed for people who want to grow in leadership standing and in their ability to influence positive organizational outcomes. All the courses are stand-alone, but when taken in total people will gain a broad range of skills needed to both manage and lead their organizations or teams. The classes are aimed at leads, supervisors, and managers of all levels, but also for people who have leadership potential but not the fancy titles. Mind of a Manager, Heart of a Leader is an overview course, the others more specific. Take them in the order that works best for you.
To earn the Leadership Development Certificate you need to take all five courses.
