Current Projects
Soccer Field
- The Master Plan work is complete, and we are moving full speed ahead with a new Clipper Soccer Field.
- McGranahan is our Design Firm for the project
- The next couple of months we will be working to get the field design finalized so that we can go to bid and get a contractor on board to do the install.
Building 34
- We are working to finish tenant improvements for the classrooms on the first and second floors.
- Updates will be out as soon as we get more information.
Building 35
- Project includes the replacement lab exhaust fan motor, controls upgrade, and retro-commissioning.
- The lab exhaust fan motors portion is complete; the controls upgrade is to be complete by August 8th. Retro-commissioning will continue into September.
Energy Efficient Lighting Project
- We have received a grant to cover the cost of replacing non-LED lights in building 21, 22, 25, 34, 35, and throughout the parking space.
- Buildings 25 and 34 are nearly complete
- Building 21 is 85% complete
- Building 35 is at 70%
- Building 22 is at 60%
- This project will be complete by September 30 of this year.
