After you've completed New Student Advising & Registration, you may have some follow-up questions.

These tools and tips will guide you through some common academic and career sources and answer many of your questions.

A Pathway is similar to a major at a university. A Pathway will lead you to a degree through a series of classes that a grouped by your interests and career goals.

Educational & Career Planners help you with academic advising, creating a degree plan, transfer and career planning, or simply help you pick classes to register for next quarter.

You can find the name of your Educational & Career Planner when you login to Compass (login with ClipperID required). You can schedule an appointment with them in Compass, too.

What is Compass?

Compass is a student tool to schedule appointments with your Educational & Career Planner, financial aid advsor, or faculty mentor. You can also view your Degree Plan, which you can create with your Educational & Career Planner.

Compass requires login with ClipperID and password.

Career & College Success (CCS) 101 is an incredibly important 3 credit class that will set you up for success at SPSCC.
