Access Voicemail On Campus

  1. Press the speaker button on your phone.
  2. Press the # button and the system will prompt you to enter your extension.
  3. Press the # button again.
  4. The system will prompt you to enter your extension number.
  5. The system will now prompt you to enter your password. The temporary password is 1234.
  6. The system will require you to enter a new password followed by the #.
  7. The system will then prompt you to enter your name.
  8. After recording your name, you can press 7 and then 1 to record your greeting.

Access Voicemail Off Campus

  1. Dial 360-596-5555 to access the SPSCC voicemail system.
  2. The system will prompt you to enter your extension.
  3. Press the # button again.
  4. The system will prompt you to enter your extension number.
  5. The system will now prompt you to enter your password. The temporary password is 1234.
  6. The system will require you to enter a new password followed by the #.
  7. The system will then prompt you to enter your name.
  8. After recording your name, you can press 7 and then 1 to record your greeting.
