Completing Paperwork On Time

All paperwork must be completed on or before your first day of work. Failure to complete the required paperwork by your first day will lead to a delay in your ability to start working.

Background Checks

Please watch your personal email for an email from Checkr, Inc. with directions to complete your background check.

Background Checks and Sexual Misconduct Verifications are required for all new employees. Employment with the college is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and sexual misconduct verification. Any adverse information will be considered on a case-by-case basis and does not automatically preclude a candidate from employment. This does not apply to Student Employment Participants.

  1. Declaration Regarding Sexual Misconduct
  2. I-9 Work Authorization Form and List of Acceptable Documents - Form I-9 Instructions
  3. Retirement Status Form
  4. W-4 Form 2023 - Tax Withholding Allowance Certificate
  5. Direct Deposit Form - Direct Deposit is highly recommended. Please include a voided check, a printout from your Bank's website, or have your Bank representative complete the form
  6. Affirmative Action Reporting Form
  7. Emergency Contact Form
  8. Official Transcripts - Required for all teaching and administrative/exempt positions.
