Pay Tuition & Fees

Pay Online or Make a Payment Plan

Pay online or use Nelnet to make a Payment Plan using ctcLink. Login with ctcLink ID and password required. For Nelnet payment plan information and enrollment dates, visit MyCollegePaymentPlan.

  • Login to ctcLink.
  • Select "Student Homepage".
  • Select the "Financial Account" tile.
  • Select "Make Payment" and choose the amount and method of payment.
  • To set up a Payment Plan, select "Nelnet Payment Plan" under Payment Plans.

Pay In Person

Pay in person at the One Stop in Bldg. 22, 2nd floor, at the Olympia Campus. You can pay with cash, check, or credit card. Check hours before coming to campus.

Drops for Nonpayment

Payments for tuition and fees are due on the tuition due date before the start of each quarter. If payment or a payment plan is not made by that date, you will be dropped from the classes you haven’t paid for. You will have a chance to re-register for classes and pay for tuition and fees. We’re here to help you make a plan for payment and stay enrolled!

If you haven’t paid or set up a payment by the tuition due date, you’ll be dropped the following day. We will communicate this to you via email and you will also see this in ctcLink. We’ll also share your steps to get re-registered for classes. When you re-register, you need to pay tuition and fees in full, or set up a payment plan.

If you haven’t paid or set up a payment plan by the end of Week 2 of the quarter, you’ll be dropped from classes. We will communicate this to you via email and you will also see this in ctcLink and Canvas. We’ll also share your steps to get re-registered for classes. When you re-register, you need to pay tuition and fees in full, or set up a payment plan.

If you haven’t been able to complete payment or set up a payment plan by Week 4, you’ll be dropped from classes with no opportunity to re-register until the following quarter. We will communicate this to you via email and you will also see this in ctcLink and Canvas.
