Percival Creek's London Dry Gin with a bronze medal

South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC) and Percival Creek are proud to announce that Percival Creek has been awarded a Bronze Medal for its London Dry Gin at the 2026 American Distilling Institute (ADI) International Spirits Competition.

The ADI International Spirits Competition evaluates entries from distilleries around the world, recognizing excellence in quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. Since 2007, ADI has upheld rigorous industry standards and was the first competition to provide written feedback for every entry, offering participating distillers valuable insights alongside recognition.

According to judges’ tasting notes, the gin opens with “an intriguing and inviting nose of white pepper and fresh green bell peppers.” On the palate, it is described as “bright, fresh, and interesting, with juniper mingling well with the other botanicals,” followed by “a pleasing florality that develops through the mid-palate through to the finish, melding harmoniously without overpowering.”

Percival Creek brewing, cider, and distilling is a proudly local expression of the waters, flavors, and history of the Pacific Northwest’s Tumwater Craft District. Developed in collaboration with students in SPSCC’s Craft Brewing & Distilling Center, Percival Creek products serve as a real-world showcase of student learning while supporting education, equity, and economic growth for the next generation of craft beverage professionals. The Bronze Medal for its London Dry Gin marks another milestone in the brand’s ongoing dedication to excellence.
