South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC) proudly celebrated the first graduating class of its Residential Construction Academy during a ribbon-cutting ceremony held on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025, at the Lacey Campus.
Congratulations to the academy’s inaugural graduates: Aidan Anderson, Trevor Baker, Logan Burbank, Osbjorn Lamb, Hunter Lamb, Miles Pfenning, and Reynaldo Pinlac.
SPSCC celebrates alongside the partners who make this program possible: United Way of Thurston County, Olympia Master Builders, and the Building Industry Association of Washington. This joint effort helps meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in the local workforce.
The next Residential Construction Academy cohort begins on Monday, Sept. 29, 2025, with an orientation session on Monday, Sept. 15 at 3 p.m. at SPSCC’s Lacey Campus.
